
Patient Advocate services
At UT Medical Group, Inc., Patient Care Is Our First Concern.
If you are not satisfied, have a problem, or have had a pleasant experience and want to pass along a compliment , you should contact our Patient Advocate, Gwen Brown. Patient Advocate services will provide patients and family members with a neutral person to whom you may direct your concerns and complaints. Your Patient Advocate listens to your concerns and will work to help you gain satisfaction from your experience with UT Medical Group, Inc.
The Patient Advocate can assist you in several ways, such as:
- Helping you get the medical care you need.
- Supplying you with information about medical care.
- Giving you a way to communicate with doctors on our staff.
- Providing you with an explanation of the medical billing process.
- Providing you with an explanation of health care policies, procedures, and services.
- Conveying words of concern, appreciation or compliments to the appropriate staff member or clinic.
- Assisting you with any problem you may encounter with UT Medical Group, Inc.
UT Medical Group, Inc. encourages you and/or your family to contact the Patient Advocate whenever you have a problem. All communications will be handled in a confidential manner and will not limit the care you receive or your access to care.
