TB Skin Test

Children are given Tuberculin Skin Tests, or TB Tests. A positive test does not mean that your child has tuberculosis, only that more tests need to be done.

It is important that the test site be checked for any reaction in 48 hours. This can be done at your child's doctor's office or clinic.
